The budget is not yet final. The total income will be close to two thousand dollars and the expenses were quite low. We had enough of the appropriate ribbons left over from previous hunter paces. The surveyor's tape that we used to mark the trail was left from previous paces. I feel sure that Fred Burks donated a lot of that. Most of the food was prepared and donated by Kay Morton. The paperwork for entries was donated by Cindy Morton and Carol Atwood. Southern States and the Rockbridge Farmers Co-op donated the numbers. We did buy trophies. That was our single biggest expense. All the work was done by volunteers.
